Session Overview: In this hands-on workshop, educators will learn how to develop a CTS (Career and Technology Studies) unit of study by leveraging the existing Alberta CTS curriculum. With guidance from Joshua Overland, participants will take an existing unit from the CTS program and learn how to expand it into a fully-developed teaching plan, complete with activities, assessments, and materials lists. The session will focus on ensuring the unit aligns with student needs while staying true to the outcomes in the program of studies.
