Need to find more immersive ways to encourage learning "Up on your Feet"? This active workshop will take you through a storytelling process that Theatre Artists utilize to bring hands-on learning into the classroom: from idea to performance. This workshop will act as a phenomenal resource for teachers to infuse developmental drama into their classrooms, while cultivating skills of confidence, creativity and community. You will experience what is normally a week-long school residency process, condensed into a half-day workshop that lets you immerse yourself in the skill-building first hand. We will explore curriculum topics in fun and engaging ways while simultaneously utilizing story-telling structure to build relationships in the classroom. This will not be a lecture style workshop, so get ready to get courageous, get creative and get "Up on your Feet”!
