About me
We will be modelling circle practise by delivering the session in that fashion. The session will go through how to ground classrooms for dialogue with parameters and lesson plans on dignity. We discuss equitable language and techniques you can use to create safe space without stifling critical dialogue. We also go through how to diffuse and facilitate conversation productively, and techniques for when issues arise, and how to debrief with affected students if needed. This is meant to be interactive so that teachers can engage meaningfully with the tools, resources and techniques.
