About me
Michael Carter is a teacher, disability activist, and musician. As a disabled person, he has been engaged with disability studies for more than a decade. His work is rooted in supporting disabled students in their development of positive disability identities. Michael is an LST at Chinook High School in Lethbridge. Phil Williams is a teacher, ally, and dreamer. He earned his M.Ed at OISE studying Sociology and Equity Studies in Education. His lived experience as insider/outsider in typically marginalized intersectional communities shapes the way he understands the broader goal of social inclusion. Phil is LST at Lakeview Elementary in Lethbridge.
